Strategy and brand portfolio

IC Group creates value through active ownership of the Group brands, and we will develop and invest in the these brands in order to maximize their future values.

Currently, the Group cmprises the following brands:

Active ownership is managed through continuous follow-up of the individual brands’ financial performance as well as their long-term strategy plans.

IC Group will on a continuous basis consider when it is in the best interest of the shareholders to divest these brands, and IC Group will act accordingly when the time and conditions are favourable for both the shareholders of IC Group and the individual brands in the portfolio.
